It’s January 1st again! It hardly seems possible.
Is it really 2008?!
Well as is that time of year again, a season of new beginnings, fresh starts, new goals, here is my list of resolutions:
1) To be more diligent about reading my Bible daily & reading Bible to the kids too
2) Nate (that’s all I will say. Hon, I know I promised this would be #1, but I think you can understand why it’s actually #2. 😉 )
3) Lose a few more pounds. Okay, I’ll be honest and come right out with it. My goal is to lose 20 pounds. 10 pounds would be great, but I want to look fabulous by this summer, so 20 pounds it is. 20 pounds between now and April, puts it at 5 pounds a month. Very doable, but I need to stay focused. My plan of attack is Weight Watchers with Leslie Sansone’s walking program and Winsor Pilates. I’ve had great results with those three before, although I’ve never been focused enough to combine all 3 for longer than a couple weeks at a time. Think how great I could look if I actually did?! Wow! Just thinking about the fab results is motivating! 😀
4) Be better about sticking to a schedule – going to bed at a decent hour, getting up on time, getting the chores done in a timely fashion, etc. And definitely focus on doing preschool with Nathan more regularly.
