I am dragging today. This is what happens when I try to function on 7.5 hours of sleep. When I’m pregnant, I need a good 9 or more hours of sleep to have a good day. And I did not get that last night. Lesson learned: I’ll go to bed early tonight!
Tomorrow, we’re taking the kids to the “farm.” It’s this little farm/petting zoo where you can see all kinds of farm animals and even a few zoo-ish animals, like bears. They have pony rides too and Emily is sooo excited! If I haven’t mentioned it before, Emily loves horses. Her eyes just lit up when I told her. I had thought about keeping it a surprise, but I know my Emily, and she needs time to think about things.
Nate’s mom and two sisters are coming into town along with our little niece and so they might meet up with us tomorrow. It should be fun. I plan on bringing the camera and taking lots of pictures.
This afternoon, when Emily was holding Pumpkin. Joshua is very interested in all of our pets now, so he had fun petting the guinea pig too. And even though it looks like he was about to smack the pig, he was actually pretty gentle:
My little ham, who is always in motion lately – hence the slightly blurred picture:
