Everytime the kids take a bath, our kitty, Milo, has to investigate. Every single time. You would think he’d have figured whatever he’s trying to figure out by now, but apparently not.
He’s really funny – he creeps to the edge and peers in – like this photo. If someone touches him, he jumps away because, like most cats, he does not want to get wet. But he can’t help peeking every time.
Joshua thought Milo was pretty funny too:
Thanks to everyone for your kind words about my new kitchen floor! I am just so happy with it. I actually enjoy sweeping now, how’s that?! 🙂
I need to give more credit to my wonderful husband in all of this. While his brother & friend did a lot of the actual flooring, this project would not have happened without Nate. He did a lot of work and he did a great job. I am so proud of him and so thankful for everything he does. He worked hard all weekend – and when he finished the kitchen, he moved onto other things, like changing the guinea pig cage & cat litter box for me and fixing the old broken hinges on one of the doors (not an easy project with an old house.) He has gone above and beyond lately and I am so thankful. My “love language” is “gifts of service” and I’m feeling pretty well loved lately. Thanks, hon. I love you so much and really, really appreciate all that you are doing for me. 🙂
