We are used to this kind of weather here in New Hampshire, but not this early. This is typical for December/January/February, not October. Apparently this storm set a state record. The previous record was for 3 inches of snow in October many many years ago. This storm set the record with 13 inches!

One of the strangest things with this storm was to see all the leaves falling on top of the snow! The leaves aren’t even completely off the trees yet and a few of the smaller trees and bushes still have a little green! To see that with a backdrop of snow isn’t something seen everyday.
