I accidentally deleted my Google Plus page last night.
Long story short, I had two personal G+ accounts and it was recommended to me by someone at G+ that I delete one so it was less confusing. I had no idea that any pages associated with that Google Plus account would be deleted!(In my G+ contact’s defense, it was a big misunderstanding with both of us!)
It’s gone. Completely gone. And, from what I understand, with no chance of recovery.
I was just starting to get back into using Google Plus after months of little activity. I’ve been hearing good things about Google Plus lately and I wanted to try it out again.
Over 3,500 of you were following my blog there and now I have exactly 0 followers. See what I mean by Google Plus disaster?
Two Things to Note:
1) If you have a Google Plus page, do NOT delete your associate Google + account or you will be left with a Google Plus disaster just like me.
2) Can you please follow me on Google Plus? It’s awfully lonely over there for me now. No spam, I promise – I just share posts, like I do on Facebook. It’s actually kinda fun because it’s less cluttered than Facebook now.
Oh and FYI: the +3850 number shows the number of +1s my blog has received, not the number of following me.
