This delicious Green Smoothie Bowl takes less than 5 minutes to make and is an almost effortless way to get fruits and vegetables into your diet!

½ avocado
spinach, one large handful
1 ripe banana
2 Tbsp coconut flakes
2 Tbsp protein powder
1 Tbsp almond milk
1–2 Tbsp hemp seed, optional
Toppings:
chopped walnuts
sliced banana
coconut flakes
berries
Instructions
Place the avocado, spinach, and banana into a food processor and mix until nicely combined. Add the coconut flakes, protein powder, almond milk, and hemp seed (optional) and mix again.
Spoon into a bowl and top with your desired toppings.
