Grilled Cheese “Sushi” Rolls are a delightful cheesy twist on the classic sandwich that both kids and adults love.

- 8 slices of bread
- 6–8 Frigo Cheese Heads String Cheese
- butter
- fruit, optional
- Trim the crust off each slice of bread (optional.)
- Roll one cheese stick into each slice of bread (cut off one end of cheese if it’s too long and save for another roll.)
- Coat the edges of the bread with butter and roll up the cheese stick and bread together.
- Cook for about 5 minutes, rolling periodically to brown each side.
- Serve warm with fresh fruit.
