I am a new mom to a 7-month old boy, and I couldn’t be more delighted with my new life role!! Part of my preparation process for Samuel’s arrival was reading reviews of products in order to figure out the “must-haves” and “fun-to-haves.” So, I am beyond excited to be part of the review team at Musings From a Stay at Home Mom! In addition to being Samuel’s mommy, I am also a military wife, married to a wonderful, Godly man…my best friend in every way. I am truly blessed! In my former life I was a busy wedding and portrait photographer, but Samuel has, of course, taken precedence of late. I will be easing back into the swing of things as our schedule stabilizes, and am eager to flex my creative muscles once again, especially now that I have a super cute little assistant! I look forward to contributing at Musings from a SAHM and helping you with your “must-have” decisions as well!

Hey friends! I’m Cassie and one year ago, I had the incredible opportunity to marry the love of my life, Bart Gant. Becoming Mrs. Gant has been one of the best decisions I have ever made and I feel so blessed to be with him. Together we live in the Central Coast of California and are loving the newlywed life. I am currently learning the ins and outs of being a wife and how to love my husband better each day. I am enjoying learning how to cook, craft and make our little apartment our home sweet home. We love to go to the beach together so he can surf and I can relax in the sun, we are huge San Francisco Giants fans, and we love to play cribbage. We also love being an auntie and uncle to our eight nieces and nephews and hope to have a big family of our own someday. But until then, I am loving life with my husband!

Hi, I’m Amanda. I’m the wife of a police officer and the homeschooling mama of 5 fun and crazy kids from 9 years old down to 1 year old. People often assume that as a homeschooling mom of a big family that I must have it all together, but that’s not true. My life boils down to teaching and learning. I’m either teaching my children, or most often learning right beside them. When I’m not teaching the kids I’m busy learning how to parent and teach 5 children, to be a good wife, and to run a home at the same time. I need a lot more practice! And, if that isn’t enough I spend the rest of my time learning to be a better photographer, seamstress, blogger, baker, decorator, cook…

My name is Amber and I am very excited to be joining the Musings of a SAHM family! I am a retired school teacher from California. My husband and I, along with our 4 kids ranging in age from 3 -15, recently moved from the hustle and bustle of California to the serene country life in the cornfields of the Midwest. I am a stay at home mom for the first time in my life and I love every minute of it. I have the pleasure of homeschooling my two youngest children and find that it is quite a bit more challenging than being in the classroom. When I am not busy teaching my little ones, I am a dance mom, new blogger, wife, and DIY mom.
