  1. Mix together the banana until mashed; add the peanut butter, honey, and vanilla extract and mix well. Add the cinnamon and oats and combine once more.
  2. If too sticky, chill for 30-60 minutes.
  3. Roll into balls and enjoy right away or store in the refrigerator.
