½ cup
peanut butter
¼ cup
honey
1 tsp
vanilla extract
1 tsp
cinnamon
2 cups
gluten-free oats

Instructions
Mix together the banana until mashed; add the peanut butter, honey, and vanilla extract and mix well. Add the cinnamon and oats and combine once more.
If too sticky, chill for 30-60 minutes.
Roll into balls and enjoy right away or store in the refrigerator.
