This homemade dark chocolate is surprisingly easy to make and SO delicious!

Ingredients

1/2 cup coconut oil
2/3 cup cocoa powder
2–4 Tbsp maple syrup
1–1.5 tsp peppermint extract
Instructions
Melt the coconut oil and whisk all the ingredients together. Pour onto a parchment paper-lined baking sheet and refrigerate for about 20 minutes. Cut into small pieces and enjoy.
Store in the fridge or the coconut oil will cause your chocolate to melt!
