Lavender Matcha Green Tea Latte

This Lavender Matcha Latte combines delicious matcha green tea with real lavender flowers for a gentle boost of energy and relaxation. Find your zen happy place with this quick and easy, Paleo, guilt-free treat.


1 cup almond milk

1/2 tsp matcha green tea (I use this one.)

1/4 tsp vanilla extract

10-15 drops liquid stevia (I use this one)

1/8 tsp dried organic lavender flowers (I use this one)


Pour the milk into a blender cup. Add the remaining ingredients, including the lavender flowers. Blend for a few seconds until mixed well. Strain out the lavender flowers and serve warm in your favorite mug. Relax and enjoy.
