Honey Lemon Water

This refreshing detox drink has many benefits and is a wonderful way to stay hydrated.


  • freshly boiled water
  • raw honey
  • 1/2 fresh organic lemon


  1. Add about a tablespoon of raw honey your mug.
  2. Pour the hot water over the honey on your spoon – it will melt the honey right off.
  3. Squeeze your lemon juice in and stir.
  4. Enjoy.


  • *I usually fill my mug half 3/4 full with hot water, then add a few ice cubes (I get filtered ice cubes from our refrigerator) to quickly cool it.
  • *I’ve found it works best if you enjoy your honey lemon water when you first wake up on an empty stomach.
