This healthy homemade pineapple Dole whip recipe has just 3-ingredients for a clean-eating dairy-free frozen “ice cream” the whole family will love!


  • 1 banana
  • 2 cups frozen pineapple chunks*
  • 24 Tbsp coconut milk (or your favorite dairy-free milk – almond, cashew milk, etc.)
  • optional: grass-fed collagen peptides, for a creamier taste and added health benefits
  • optional: 1/2 tsp rum extract or rum


  1. Process the banana, frozen pineapple chunks, and coconut milk in a food processor until creamy. Scrape down and add the collage peptides &/or rum extract (optional.)
  2. Serve immediately or for a firmer frozen treat, freeze for 1-2 hours first.
