Easy and Paleo-friendly, these Turkey Sushi Rolls are as tasty as they are convenient!

Ingredients

2 seaweed wraps
Lettuce (I use butter lettuce)
4 slices McKenzie Natural Artisan Deli Oven Roasted Turkey
Ginger Sesame Dressing:
2 tsp coconut aminos
1 tsp sesame oil
¾ tsp ginger paste
½ tsp minced garlic (or 1 garlic clove)
¾ tsp sesame seeds

Instructions

Place some lettuce on each seaweed wrap followed by 2 slices of turkey deli meat
Combine the Ginger Sesame ingredients together in a small bowl. Drizzle 1/4 of the dressing over the turkey on each roll.
Roll up each sushi roll and cut each one in half or into small pieces.
Use the remaining dressing for dipping.
