5-Minute Paleo Turkey “Sushi” Rolls with Ginger Sesame Dressing

I love a quick and simple lunch because it makes healthy eating so much easier. If I have to cook something, I’m less likely to actually do it and more likely to make a wrap or something not quite as healthy for me. That’s why I’m obsessed with this new recipe I’ve come up with that I call Paleo Turkey Sushi Rolls with Ginger Sesame Dressing.

This recipe is naturally Paleo because there are no rice or grains and can be made in 5 minutes or less. It’s easy and so tasty, it will remind you of splurging on delicious sushi, except it’s not raw and quite a bit cheaper!

5-Minute Paleo Turkey “Sushi” Rolls combine a few simple ingredients for a mouthwateringly easy lunch (or dinner.) The sushi rolls themselves only require 3 ingredients and the tasty ginger sesame dressing just 5 ingredients, including coconut aminos for a delicious soy-free dressing.

I like using deli meat for lunch because it’s a great source of protein and usually quite easy too. But the typical sandwich or wrap can get boring and I personally like variety in my meals. That’s how I came up with my Healthy Spinach Turkey Wrap and this Grilled Cheese, Ham, and Broccoli Sandwich.

Quick and easy recipes are a staple in my house. With four kids, I simply don’t have time to make elaborate meals. And you’d think this Paleo Turkey Sushi Roll would be fancy, but it’s not.

I'm obsessed with this 5-minute Turkey Sushi Roll with Ginger Sesame Dressing recipe because it's SO delicious and a perfect healthy lunch idea! It reminds me of sushi without the raw seafood and expense! #favoritelunch #lunchideas #turkey #sushi #lowcalorie #glutenfree #dairyfree #quickandeasy #healthylunch

I use and highly recommend McKenzie Natural Artisan Deli meat. We love McKenzie Natural Artisan food and even my children have commented on the difference compared to other deli meats and cheeses. There’s something about the flavor and quality that stands out.

I use McKenzie Natural Artisan Oven Roasted Turkey for this recipe.

McKenzie Natural Artisan Deli isn’t your average deli. Here’s why I love them:

  • their food comes from family farms
  • turkey, chicken, pork, and beef is raised without antibiotics ever.
  • no growth hormones are ever used
  • animals are vegetarian fed – no animal fat or by-products
  • gluten-free
  • they believe in humane animal treatment
  • since 1907

Many McKenzie Natural Artisan Deli products are nitrate/nitrite-free too, something I look for when buying deli meat for my family. Their turkey breast, chicken breast, roast beef, and cheese are naturally nitrate/nitrite free and their uncured ham has none, except what naturally occurs in the celery salt. They are aware that many consumers are looking for nitrite/nitrate free products and have begun removing them from some of their products.
