I have used many different supplements over the years to help support my health. The supplements listed on this page are the ones I currently use.
I add 1/2 teaspoon of this Chaga powder to my coffee each morning. It’s tasteless and I seem to wake up faster with more energy compared to when I don’t use it (which is now pretty rare because I love it so much.)

Om Organic Mushroom Supplements
Each morning, I mix one scoop from each of these three OM organic mushroom powders.
I rarely get sick since I started taking this immune support every day. The last time I caught a cold was last September, but I was also sleep deprived for about a week due to travel. Sleep + these mushrooms work quite well for me!

I have more energy throughout the day, particularly in the afternoon when my energy used to dip a bit. I believe the Om Mushroom Energy powder has helped me in this area. I have noticed that if I do forget to take it in the morning, I drag a bit more in the afternoon. The difference is definitely quite noticeable for me.

My nails are stronger and grow faster since taking Restore. Seriously, I used to have the most awful nails. I bit them and they were always ragged and breaking. Now my nails are strong and long; the only change I made was to begin taking Restore every day last summer.

Tip: I have heard that mushrooms are most effective if activated by warm/hot (not boiling) water. I have not researched to confirm this theory, however, I always mix one scoop of each of the three above mushroom powders in a glass of warm water and sip it throughout the morning. It works well for me.
Note: some people may find the taste of these powders gross. I personally love them (the energy OM mushroom powder has a tiny bit of stevia and tastes yummy to me, plus it masks the taste of the other 2 bland powders.) If you buy one or more of these powders and dislike the taste of it in water alone, you can mix it in your favorite smoothie. These capsules are on the expensive side and for that reason, I don’t take them on a regular basis. Instead, I save this for any time I feel like I may be fighting off something – ie the beginnings of a scratchy throat, sneezing, etc. and take 2 right away. This has worked brilliantly. I also give this to my husband and kids (my youngest is now 8) and it has helped them get over the couple bugs they’ve caught from school quite quickly. Example: my 12-year-old was home sick with a fever one day. I gave her one capsule in the morning and one at night. She was fever-free within a few hours of taking the first dose and felt 100% normal the next day.

This herb can help support the adrenal glands which in turn can help support your response to stress. When I regularly take this (I take one 450mg capsule every night), I find that I’m calmer and less quick to become stressed, particularly over little things.

I take one capsule of this herb every morning with breakfast. I have heard that Rhodiola combined with Chaga may help boost metabolism. I cannot confirm this but I have noticed that I seem to have better, more sustained energy on the days when I take it.

This blog article was my first introduction to the benefits of beef liver as a supplement. I have since taken beef liver on an almost daily basis and definitely notice more energy on the days I take it compared to the days when I happen to run out or forget.
