Breakfast can be the most overlooked meal of the day, especially when you’re trying to get the family ready and out of the house. But if we incorporate it into our meal planning it can be a game changer for starting our days off right. With diet restrictions, it can be a bit tricky to find the right recipes, but I found a bunch of grain-free paleo breakfast ideas that will make that first meal easier to plan.

There are so many different forms of breakfast foods so I found a little of everything. In this grain-free, Paleo breakfast roundup, you’ll find everything from smoothies to hearty main dishes; there’s something for everyone. 

Skip the Frappuccinos at Starbucks and enjoy this Paleo Pumpkin Coconut Smoothie from Cook Eat Paleo.

      I eat more of a ketogenic diet these days but, was Paleo for several years. I’m always looking for things to eat along with my eggs!! 🙂

      I love eggs … but, sometimes you just want something a little different. That spaghetti squash quiche might be just the ticket!

      So many great choices! I normally just have coffee for breakfast but I know I should be eating food and a lot of these sound delicious. That pumpkin smoothie is perfect for fall!
