Peanut Butter Fruit Dip is a tasty way to add variety and protein to snacks for kids. This easy recipe takes just 2-3 minutes to make and kids will love helping you. Plus, you’ll feel good about serving this low-sugar snack (the only sugar is from the yogurt and a little raw honey) to your children.

My kids and I came up with this recipe together because we wanted to add a fun twist to afternoon snack time.

My children love fruit, but apple slices or a cup of grapes doesn’t fill them up if we’re having a late dinner later. This Peanut Butter Fruit Dip solves that problem by adding protein in both the peanut butter and yogurt!

You can use a variety of fruit with this recipe. We often use apple slices, strawberries, blueberries, and grapes. But we’ve also tried watermelon, cantaloupe, peaches, raspberries, etc. You can use your child’s favorite fruit or encourage them to try a new fruit!

My boys are dairy-free so we use coconut yogurt with this fruit dip however, you can use your favorite yogurt (dairy or non-dairy) for this.

If your kids are nut-free, you can simply substitute sun butter. We’ve tried it and it’s just as delicious with sun butter as peanut butter!

That’s one of the reasons why this Peanut Butter Fruit Dip is so great; it’s very versatile and can easily be tweaked to meet almost any dietary needs.

My children love to help me make this peanut butter fruit dip. In fact, my 10 and 7-year-olds can make it all by themselves. It’s a perfect “first recipe” for beginner chefs! Even my 6 year old loves to help me dump in the yogurt and stir it all up!

Tip: I’ll sometimes add a teaspoon of powdered probiotics or astragalus as an immune booster to this dip. My kids never even notice and it’s a great way to easily add supplements to their diet.

How to Make Peanut Butter Fruit Dip

You’ll need:
