These creamy berry popsicles are the perfect summer treat — and you only need 3 ingredients to make them! Made with mixed berries and your choice of milk, this dairy-free popsicle recipe is naturally sweetened, and 100% kid-approved.
Instead of buying frozen treats loaded with processed ingredients, you can make these delicious mixed berry popsicles at home with just a blender and a popsicle mold. My kids’ absolute favorite version uses cashew milk — but any milk works beautifully for a perfectly creamy result.
Why You’ll Love This Creamy Popsicle Recipe
- Only 3 ingredients — and they’re probably items you already have right at home!
- Ready in 5 minutes — just blend, pour, and freeze. That’s it!
- Easily made dairy-free — use almond, cashew, or coconut milk and you’ve got a delicious dairy-free popsicle everyone can enjoy.
- Refined sugar-free — sweetened naturally with just a touch of maple syrup.
- Kid-friendly and family-approved — these mixed berry popsicles are a guaranteed hit on a hot summer day.

Ingredients
This list is short and sweet—here’s all you need for these mixed berry popsicles:
- Milk — almond, cashew, coconut, or regular milk all work great. My kids’ favorite is cashew milk, but honestly any combination is delicious!
- Maple syrup — just a touch for natural sweetness, no refined sugar needed
- Frozen mixed berries — thawed before blending
By the way, you’ll also need a popsicle mold and popsicle sticks (if your mold doesn’t come with them!).

How to Make Creamy Berry Popsicles
This dairy-free popsicle recipe couldn’t be simpler — just blend, pour, and freeze!
Start by adding your milk and maple syrup to a blender and blending until combined.

Then add your thawed mixed berries and blend until smooth and creamy.

Here’s a fun tip: after blending everything smooth, toss in an extra half cup of berries and give it just a quick stir (don’t blend!). This adds little pockets of berry texture throughout your popsicles — my kids love it.
Pour the mixture evenly into your popsicle molds. Cover with foil, poke small holes in the top with a knife tip, and slide your popsicle sticks in about ¾ of the way down. Then freeze until solid — usually 4–6 hours, or overnight is even better.

When you’re ready to serve, let them sit at room temperature for about 5 minutes or run them briefly under warm water to release them from the mold. Then enjoy!
How to Store Homemade Popsicles
These dairy-free popsicles are easy to make ahead and keep well!
- Make ahead: These are perfect for making the night before a party or a hot summer day — just pull them out and go!
- In the mold: Keep them frozen until ready to serve — they’ll last up to 2 weeks
- Out of the mold: Pop them into individual zip-lock bags and store in the freezer for up to 2 weeks

Tips for the Best Creamy Berry Popsicles
- Thaw your berries fully — excess liquid from under-thawed berries can affect the creamy texture, so give them enough time to thaw completely before blending
- Use full-fat milk for extra creaminess — coconut milk in particular gives these a really rich, creamy popsicle texture
- Don’t skip the extra berries — stirring in that extra half cup after blending makes such a difference in flavor and texture
- Freeze overnight if you can — 4–6 hours works, but overnight gives you the cleanest, firmest popsicles
- Run under warm water to release — don’t yank them! A quick 30-second run under warm water makes them slide right out

Variations
Want to mix things up? Here are a few fun ways to switch up this creamy popsicle recipe:
- Strawberry cream popsicles — use all strawberries instead of mixed berries for a classic flavor the kids will love
- Coconut cream popsicles — swap all the milk for full-fat coconut milk for an extra rich, tropical twist
- Blueberry lemon — use all blueberries and add a squeeze of fresh lemon juice before blending
- Sweeter popsicles — add an extra tablespoon or two of maple syrup if your berries are on the tart side
- Layered popsicles — pour half the mixture, freeze for an hour, then pour in a second flavor for a pretty layered look
